3 Leather Craft Tips That Will Make You a Better Leather Worker

Don't hate on me if you aren't doing these things in your leather work. They are technically optional, but I feel like if you give them a shot, you'll agree that they add something to your leather craft. Although if you have a different take on these tips, or some cool tips of your own, let me know in the comments!

I've focused on those weird little details since I started in leather work. I obsessed like crazy about saddle stitching until I got it down. Then I moved on to burnishing which is where I learned it's mostly about sanding. And the leather balm is just something nice to do for your customer. Leather sits on a shelf drying out until it's made into something. I bit of balm goes a long way to making it look superb.
