Banana Cinnamon Cake
Square pan 20cm
Cinnamon filling
Brown sugar 80g
Cinnamon powder 1 1/2 Tbsp
Melted unsalted butter 60g

Batter
All-purpose flour 240g
Sugar 100g
Baking powder 1 Tbsp
Egg 1
Milk 200ml
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Melted unsalted butter 70g
Bananas 2

Icing
Powdered sugar 100g
Milk 25-30ml

Please prepare ✔️
Prepare all the ingredients at room temperature.
Grease the pan and line with parchment paper, for easy removal.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.


1. Prepare the cinnamon filling. Combine all ingredients in a clean bowl, mix gently and set aside.
2. Prepare the batter. Mix all-purpose flour, sugar, and baking powder in a clean bowl.
3. Add the lightly mixed room temperature egg and the rest of the ingredients in order and mix.
4. Pour all the batter into the prepared pan. Place cinnamon filling, 1 tablespoon at a time. Then use a knife to make patterns on the surface.
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
6. When the warmth remains, add icing.
