This is your BodyFit by Amy 25-Minute Standing Mobility Flow Workout! One thing that all athletes fit into their training regimen is mobility work so we're going do this workout all from a standing position using just your own bodyweight. We will get mobility flexibility, we'll get your heart rate up for cardio, but most of all we will get you stretched out and feeling good. Are you ready? Let's do it!
