Ingredients:
Chana Dal / Split Bengal Gram - 150 gms
Water - 3 cups / 750 ml
Salt - ½ tsp
Freshly grated Coconut - 2 cups
Water - 1 ½ cups / 375 ml
Thick Coconut Milk - 1 ½ cups / 375 ml
Water - 2 ½ cups / 625 ml
Thin Coconut Milk - 2 ½ cups / 625 ml
Coconut Jaggery - 200 gms
( Sugarcane Jaggery can also be used )
Goan Rice Flour - 4 tbsp
( Any Parboiled Rice Flour can also be used )
Cashew Nuts - 15
Salt - 1 pinch
Green Cardamom / Elaichi powder - ½ tsp

Notes: If Fresh Coconut is not available, canned Coconut Milk can be used
Vonn can be served hot or cold
If it is not to be consumed on the same day, then let it cool down, before storing it in the refrigerator
