Creamy Cauliflower Coconut Curry | Gobi Aloo Matar Curry | Hukosu Alugadde Curry

Cauliflower a fantastic vegetable, who does not like Cauliflower !!

Cauliflower gives a lovely flavour when we cook it, no matter what recipe we try Cauliflower does justice to it.

This recipe is prepared and enjoyed in many homes, this dish is one of my family favourite.
It can be enjoyed with Rice, Roti, Dosa etc.

What makes my recipe special is the badam/almonds, when sauteed & ground with the normal masala ingredients (onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic) gives a creamy texture.

when we add the ground coconut / coconut cream in the end, the curry has a mild sweet flavour.
