What's up Fellow Collectors!! Today we will be taking a look at the Neca Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon Bebop and Rocksteady figures from the popular TMNT cartoon. I missed out on these when they were first released and was able to come across them at this past New York ComicCon. I had to grab these to complete my main cartoon TMNT figure collection. It was a long wait, so was it worth the extra money to get them? We shall see.
