Outside of Shredder and Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady are the two most iconic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles antagonists. For over three decades, the dimwitted team has fought, and generally failed, when against the Ninja Turtles, first as toys in the 1987 cartoon series, and then in the comics and thereafter. The gun-toting warthog and rhino are popular favorites who have played pivotal parts in many of the most important Turtle plots. They finally made their big-screen debut in the movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.
