A no commentary journey onboard 171811 (ex 171725/170725) working 2D50 1650 Eastbourne to Ashford (Kent) calling at Hampden Park, Pevensey & Westham, Cooden Beach, Collington, Bexhill, St Leonards Warrior Square, Hastings, Ore, Three Oaks, Doleham, Winchelsea, Rye (Sussex), Appledore (Kent), Ham Street and Ashford (Kent). Also featuring short platforms at:
Front coach only - Three Oaks and Doleham
Front 2 coaches - Appledore (Kent)
Other short platforms on the East Coastway route east of Eastbourne (this is for 171s only as they are slightly longer than 377s and 387s):
Front 3 coaches - Pevensey Bay, Normans Bay, Winchelsea, Rye (Sussex) and Ham Street
Front 4 coaches - Pevensey & Westham, Collington and Ore
Front 5 coaches - Cooden Beach
Front 7 coaches - Hampden Park and St Leonards Warrior Square
At Hastings, Platform 1 (rarely used bay platform) can only fit 6 coaches while the others fully fit 10 coaches. As the Marshlink services only operate with 2 or 3 coaches nowadays, there aren't as many short platforms anymore.
And yes, I have called it Ashford ex International as Eurostar did actually stop there prior to the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. Now it is very unlikely that Eurostar will ever return to Ashford and Ebbsfleet again due to border staffing and brexit related issues.
Also all of the Marshlink services have 3 coaches nowadays, meaning that they no longer have short platforms.
