The Best Homemade Black Bean Burgers I've ever made! ( ASMR )
The best black bean burgers, thick and hearty, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. They’re big, thick, hearty, and flavorful. I’m confident you’ll be satisfied with this bean burger recipe!

Ingredient:
• 400 g cooked black bean
• 100 g walnut,
• 2 medium onions, chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tbsp. tomato paste
• 40 g bread crumbs
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp pul biber
• 1 tsp coriander seed
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp turmeric
• oil

Instruction:
1. Place the dried black beans in a large bowl filled with water to cover the beans. Soak overnight.
2. Place soaked beans in a large pot; cover with fresh water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer gently until beans are cooked. Rinsed and drained very well.
3. Place a large pan over medium heat and add 2 tbsp. olive oil. Once oil is hot, add in onion. Sauté for 5 minutes or until onions are translucent.
4. Add the garlic and stir until fragrant. Then add tomato paste and fry for few minutes.
5. Add spices and stir. Then set aside until completely cool.
6. Add the walnuts to a food processor and process until crumbly. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
7. Add the cooked black beans to a food processor along with the onions and garlic mixture, bread crumbs and walnut. Process until well blended and just a few bean chunks remain.
8. Put on a plate and cover it, place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
9. Shape the mixture into 6 patties.
10. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan over medium high heat and fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
11. If you want cheese burger, add cheese slices to the top of the patties and cooked for few minutes.
12. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, pickles, sliced tomato and dress bottom and top buns as desired.
