Our experience with both deep water fasts may help you in your own journey!

Remember always that we have The Mind of Christ! This is metamorphosis into The Mind of Christ!

2 1/2 years ago we embarked on a 40 days and 40 nights fast with no preparation whatsoever except a deep desire for more of God; and it was New Year's day, the 1st January 2019.

This deep water fast (some call it The Jesus Fast) produced the revelation of The Mind of Christ process and formula as well as The Mind of Christ Coaching Paradigm and the associated study resources of videos, articles and books.

Today (15th June 2016) we completed a 21 days and nights water fast. We are much wiser in how the process of water fasting works and in producing this video our goal is to inspire within you a deeper hunger for the Word of God and for the Holy Spirit who searches out the depths of God.

We hope to inspire the Body of Christ, you as an individual, couple or family, to follow the model of Jesus and to actively embrace deep water fasting ( 14, 21, 40 days) so we can all discover the things not heard and not seen in the Word of God.

Deep water fasting is a tool available to everyone willing to immerse in the Word of God and to be led by the Spirit of God.

N.B *** Deep water fasting has to be followed by s structured body re-feeding process without which you could cause irreparable or even fatal damage to your stomach.

RE-FEEDING PROCESS (correction of terms ... as you enjoy our video please remember to replace the phrase WATER WEIGHT with BODY WEIGHT somewhere in our remarks (lol)).
