MST3K - Favorite Moments - Radar Secret Service

In episode 520 producer Robert L. Lippert and director Sam Newfield bring us their own personal ode to the most wondrous invention ever to be bestowed on human kind -- RADAR!!
Yes, in Radar Secret Service there are no limits to what radar cannot do for us -- except for making a decent movie with a somewhat coherent plot and a minimum of excitement.
The RSS, an undercover Radar Secret Service organisation (you know they are undercover because of the GIGANTIC bubble-thingie they have on the roof of their car), is apparently in charge of finding missing evidence, schools of fish, locate deposits of minerals, and tracking bad-guys when they try to steal nuclear material.
If nothing else, they know how to diversify.
Anyway, a band of hoodlums try to steal some U2-38 (didn't know they made an album named 38), but luckily the RSS is there to drive around with their giant melon and somehow manage to prevent the U2-38 from be ferried out of the country to be used for... whatever.
The most interesting thing about this movie is trying to guess who is who in relation to what and whether or not you actually want to know.
The movie is preceded by the rather depressing short, Last Clear Chance, in which a police officer tries to ruin a young mans joy of finally having gotten his drivers license by telling him how easily it is for him to die horribly on the mean streets of the rural south.
Yes, nothing spells vehicular safety more than showing a young man a bucket full of his own brother!
Look out for a man making chu-chu in his pants, the Soul Train, the danger of kidnapping, a werewolf in mid-transition, the flashing of neighbours, the stake-out of a dessert tray, someone making the mistake of dying, the danger of women's hinders, the stupidity of peace, an order for more homicide, Henry Kissinger, the impish officer of death, the Melon Squad, a coupon for yams, small gangsters (or huge cars), a fight over dullness, a heliocopter-aereoplane, the need of a bigger steering wheel, a driving Boris Jeltsin, a full acre of car, a man-sized litter box, a car crashing in a different movie, someone trying to leave, everyone surrendering to everyone else, and lots and lots of radar.
Enjoy!
