After our early morning Essential Movement Practices we shift over to several Mindful Movement Snacks throughout the day.

Often we take just one move and do it for 1 to 3 minutes, focusing on the form, breathing, and maintaining engagement.

My first Movement Snack today was this thick rope Kettlebell Curl. Later on I will do a Sandball Curl, and then a Kettlebell Horn Grip Curl.

You can use a towel if you don't have a rope. Also you can experiment with using different thicknesses of rope. A thin rope provides you with a much different feel/challenge.
