✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩:
Sugar Syrup (चाशनी):-
Sugar (चीनी ) - 1 Cup
Water (पानी) - 1 Cup
Cardamom (इलायची ) - 2
Saffron (केसर) - Some
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢:
Water (पानी) - Some
Milk (दूध) - 1 Litre
Sugar (चीनी ) - 1/4 Cup
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐢 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭:
Vermicelli (सेवई) - Some
Ghee (घी) - 2 Tbsp
Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 2-3 Spoon
Milk (दूध) - Some
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐛 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐧:
Bread (ब्रेड) - 4
Ghee (घी) - 1 Tbsp
Milk (दूध) - 1/4 Cup
For frying Ghee/Oil (घी/तेल तलने के लिए)
Raisins (किस्मिस) - Some

✍🏻RECIPE:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢, in a pan, put Milk to boiling. Add Sugar & boil it till it turns thick. Then keep it for cooling down. Garnish with chopped Dry Fruits and Rose Petals
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐢 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭, keep the pan on the flame and add Ghee and Vermicelli. Stir it continuously and roast well on a medium flame. Then add Powdered Sugar and Milk and mix it well. Take any plate/bowl and put roasted Vermicelli. press well and give it a proper shape. Set in the fridge for an hour.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩, heat a pan and add Sugar, Water, Cardamom & Saffron in a pan. Cook till the Sugar gets dissolved and make sticky Sugar Syrup.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐛 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐧, take Bread Slices and cut their edges. Put the bread pieces into a mixing jar and grind them on a pulse mode. Transfer the mixture to a plate, add Ghee, Milk and mix gradually. Cover and keep for 2-3 minutes. Make a dough ball press it with your finger place Raisins and then give it shape. Fry them in Ghee/Refined Oil on medium flame. Then put the Gulab Jamun in the lukewarm Sugar Syrup. Garnish with some nicely chopped Pistachio on it. Serve them and enjoy the tasty Mini Gulab Jamun. In this way, Halwai Style Gulab Jamun will get ready to serve.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠, take out the Sevai Dessert on a plate. Then pour the Rabri on it and place Gulab Jamun. Garnish with chopped Dry Fruits and Dry Rose Petals. Serve and enjoy!
