Ingredients:
300 gms chicken
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp maida
salt to taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 egg
For the sauce
1 tbsp oil
2 small red chillies
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp spring onion white
1 tbsp garlic
1 and 1/2 tbsp onion
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 and 1/2 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
salt to taste
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp spring onion green
