Alex Bell - 7th place finisher at the Tokyo Olympic Games in the 800m - had the race of her life over the weekend when she guided Team GB to victory at the Euro XC Championships in the relay.

Alex is now back in base training preparing for 2022. Today’s workout involves some tempo running and hills.

The workout: 2mile (3.2km) tempo, a short jog to the hill and then 10 x 30sec hill intervals - all with her boyfriend Josh Norman with coach Andy Henderson on the bike.
