We will make easy, healthy homemade food for your pets that can have amazing results on the health and well-being of your furry friends in just 10-15 minutes a week. And it’s super easy to prepare! I will help you learn how and explain why we add each of the ingredients.

GENTLY COOKED CANINE FOOD RECIPE I USE FOR MY DOGS:

PROTEINS:
• 3 lbs. Pork (Beef, Turkey, or Chicken unless a sensitivity)
• 1 lb. Veal (or Lamb)
• 8 oz. package Calf Liver (beef liver, heart or other organ meat)
• 2-3 cans Sardines in water, low sodium (optional)
• 3 Eggs with shell (optional)

VEGGIES/FRUITS:
• 8 oz. frozen Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot and Squash mix (Normandy
Blend)
• 4 oz. Kale (optional)
• 2 TBSP. ground Flax Seed (optional)
• ½ cup Blueberries
• ½ cup Cranberries (Optional)
• 1 can 100% pure Pumpkin (added after cooking)

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup Bone Broth (Unsalted)

SUPPLEMENTS (added after cooked, or individually per meal):
• Mushroom Extract Powder (follow package recommended serving per dog)
• Canine Vitamin supplement (follow package recommended serving per dog)
• Canine Mineral Supplement (follow package recommended serving per dog)
• Kelp Supplement (follow package recommended serving per dog)
WARNING: Make sure everything used is no salt or low sodium
NOTE: Please check with your veterinarian, before changing the diet of your pet or adding/removing supplements.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANINE GENTLY COOKED FOOD:
Gently cook (I use a slow cooker on low 6-8 hours for thawed meat)
Once cooked and then cooled enough to work with it, grind/mix all ingredients together (I use a food processor).
Use within 3-5 days, freeze any amount that cannot be used within that time.
Warm to room temperature before feeding.

FEEDING SUGGESTIONS:
Feed 2-3% of your dog’s body weight per day. As an example, if you have a 20-pound (9 kg) dog, you will feed it 6.4 ounces (181.4 g) to 9.6 ounces (272.2 g) daily. If you have an 80-pound (36.3 kg) dog, you will feed it between 25.6 oz. (725.7 g) to 38.4 oz (1088.6 g).

• Coffee (grounds, beans, and chocolate-covered espresso beans)
• Garlic
• Grapes
• Gum (can cause blockages and sugar-free gums may contain the
toxic sweetener Xylitol)
• Hops (used in home beer brewing)
• Macadamia nuts
• Moldy foods
• Mushroom plants
• Mustard seeds
• Onions, onion powder and onion flakes
• Peach pits
• Potato leaves and stems (green parts)
• Raisins
• Rhubarb leaves
• Salt
