dealing with heartbreak as the person who left | breakups in your 20s

Описание к видео dealing with heartbreak as the person who left | breakups in your 20s

A little video for those who've left past lovers who they thought were for forever. Breakups are not easy for all parties involved. "Dumpers" get a bad rep but it's actually really hard to be the person who goes -- on top of losing someone you love, you experience so many other emotions like guilt, doubt and internal conflict. I wanted to share some of my thoughts from having gone through this cycle myself multiple times, in hopes that it will help you too. The thing I try to remember is that it's far worse to hang onto what you know isn't working for longer than you need to.

I hope that no matter how much pain you're going through or how many times your heart has been broken, you will remember that all this is temporary and that there is so much more love waiting for you just around the corner. Sending hugs!
