Launch FAST in CHOP - the Essential Wingfoil Waterstart!

You MUST learn this wing foil waterstart technique if you're falling off trying to get the wing into your hands and powered up whilst you're balancing on your knees.
It's my variation on the Stink Bug Start - the single biggest breakthrough in my wingfoil progression - choppy water is NO problem with this start! It works with any board from inflatable wingfoil boards, right through to the new super narrow downwind wingfoil boards.

I'll show you several starts, and a step-by-step with a full explanation, both on a regular inflatable wing foil board (the GONG HIPE Pro) and also on a much narrower board (the GONG Cruzader).
