Here's the ingredients and details for the sugar cookies! This recipe makes 20-24 large, 4” cookies.

Dough:
8 ounces unsalted butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1.5 Cups or 300 grams granulated sugar
1 tsp or 4 grams baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract or flavor of choice
1 Large egg
3.5 Cups or 455 grams all-purpose flour

Baking:
Bake at 375 Fahrenheit. For small cookies, about 2" in diameter, 8-10 minutes. Medium cookies, about 3" diameter, 10-12 minutes. For large cookies, about 4" diameter, 15-17 minutes.

If baking from frozen, add about 2 minutes bake time.

Freezing Dough:
You can freeze the dough wrapped in plastic for up to a month in a regular freezer or 6 months in a deep freezer. Place in the fridge to thaw for at least 24 hours before using.

Alternatively, cut out shapes, freeze flat, package in a gallon freezer bag, and freeze for the same amount of time as the dough.
