To make Gobi Manchurian dry:

Ingredients:
Cauliflower florets
All-purpose flour
Cornstarch
Ginger-garlic paste
Soy sauce
Tomato ketchup
Green chilies
Onion
Capsicum
Spring onions
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Coat cauliflower florets in a batter made of all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper.
2. Deep-fry the cauliflower until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
3. In a separate pan, sauté chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste.
4. Add chopped capsicum and cook until slightly tender.
5. Mix soy sauce and tomato ketchup then add to the vegetables.
6. Toss in the fried cauliflower and stir well to coat with the sauce.
7. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
