Solon, Ohio -- Police were called after people reported a Amazon Delivery Truck recklessly driving.

Police pulled over the truck and determined the driver to be driving under the influence. The suspect was taken to the station where he blew a .284 % BAC.

The suspect, later identified as Mr. Conlin Sersig, was charged with the following:
- OVI
- Over .17 BAC Breath
- Driving in Marked Lanes

He has plead not guilty.
