Papa P shows you his Pizza Rustico Recipe, which is also known as Italian Easter Pie or Meat Pie. This wonderful traditional Italian Easter pie recipe contains an amazing combination of meat and cheese all wrapped up in a flakey pie crust. This is nothing like your basic pizza pie, but you and your family will enjoy this crusty creation for sure. This Easter Pie recipe is extraordinarily easy to prepare, and you can add your favorite meat and cheese inside.

Pie Crust Ingredients:
• 3 & ½ cups of all-purpose flour
• ¼ tsp. of baking powder
• 1 tsp. of sugar
• 1 tsp. of sea salt
• 1 & ½ stick of butter
• 3 jumbo eggs

The Filling – Ingredients:
• 8-9 oz. of provolone
• 2-3 oz. of Genoa salami
• 2-3 oz. of ham
• 2-3 oz. of prosciutto
• ½ cup of Reggiano parmesan
• 15 oz. of whole-milk ricotta
• 5 eggs
• ¼ cup of chopped green onion
• ¼ tsp. of black pepper
• 1 tsp. of salt
