CDM regs and working at height - how do they work together?

Описание к видео CDM regs and working at height - how do they work together?

The Work at Height Regulations are probably recognised as the main legislation to consider when working at height, however the CDM regulations also have a role to play on site for this type of activity. CDM is often considered exclusive to the design stage of a project and not once the site has 'broken ground'. The discussion will aim to discuss the relation between the two pieces of legislation, and how they are successfully utilised while working on site.

Hear directly from the following industry bodies on how to successfully work (and appreciate) both sets of regulations. The guests on the panel include the Association for Project Safety (APS), University of West England (UWE), Crossrail and the Access Industry Forum (AIF) represented here by the National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (NASC).

By understanding the challenges that can arise in the both the construction phase, and the design phase of any project will in turn help the successful management of any trade(s) working on it.
