Week 2 has been amazing, first seeing improvements in my push ups, and now in my shoulders too!! It's so important to celebrate the little wins. We shouldn't focus on the actual losing of weight, our weight changes so much based on what we've eaten, drank, what exercise we've done or if we've had a lazy day. I'm glad this year I'm focusing on my calisthenics and small wins! It's helping me stay consistent and motivated.
