This is the first time when I do this.
I simply made a custom build of MPGL where I configured it to support video capture and tbh the result is not bad at all. Even better than last time.

I may release my own build someday but till I'll do that you can have a look at the source code and try the stuff yourself.
Remember to build it you'll need to do this into a MSYS terminal with both gcc and make installed.
