Brussel Sprouts
1-2 pounds of Brussels sprouts
2 teaspoons of garlic paste (or 3 cloves of garlic),
1 teaspoon of ginger paste (or a fingernail size of tomato paste)
2 teaspoons of umami seasoning (https://eatwithafia.com/2-essential-w...) or any savoury spice blend of choice
1 teaspoon of dawa dawa or any savoury spice blend of choice
1-2 tablespoons of oil
Baked in the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes

Cashew cream
1 cup raw cashews (soaked for a few hours)
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 cup of water
salt and pepper to taste
