Winter has been tough fishing in Sydney Harbour. I've been fishing near the heads and the activity has been dismal.
I started moving further up Lanecove river and BOOOM, big success.
I've been pulling in big numbers of smallish fish, and a few bigger ones as well.
I show you the spot, and if you are willing to get a bit muddy, go down and have a go yourself.
CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY - pollution in the river is very high and while you might get away with eating a few... why take the risk.
