Ingredients:

Drumstick..8
chilli powder..2spoon
Tamarind...small gooseberry size
Asafotida powder...1/4 tsp
Fenugreek seed powder...1/4 tsp
salt..as per taste
Jaggery..one big amla size
Mustard seed..1/4 tsp
Urid dal...1/4 tsp
Gingely oil...100 ml

Method:
1.soak tamarind in little water
2.cut the drumsticks into 10 inch pieces,to extract the pulp you should place the drumstick in steam boiling like idli
3)After 10 min of boiling, cool the drumstick and peel all the pulps by using sharp spoon and keep the pulp aside.
4)Heat the oil in kadai and temper mustard seed and urid dal
5)Then add asafoetida powder and chilli powder into oil in a medium flame
6)After one min.add tamarind extract, salt and jaggery.
7)After 3 min it turns into paste consistency then add drumstick pulp ,mix them atleast 2-3 min till tamarind paste and drumstick pulp mixes well.
8)After well mixing,add fenugreek seed powder and mix well for one min.


NOW DRUMSTICK PICKLE IS READY TO SERVE.

IT MATCHES WITH RICE CHAPPATHI,POORI,IDLY AND DOSA

Can keep it in a refrigerator for one month
