📝 Ingredients:
2 Cans of sardines
1 egg
60g Flour
100 ml water
½ red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 zest of lemon
Salt / Pepper
fresh chives
yogurt

📋 Instructions:
-Put 60 g of flour in a bowl
-Add one egg and 100 ml water
-Mix
-Chop half a red onion
-Crush two cloves of garlic and mix
-Chop the chives and add them as well
-Add lemon zest and mix again
-Drain two cans of sardines and add them to the preparation, crushing them - mix again
-Add salt and pepper
-Heat a frying pan with oil
-Cook the mixture
-Prepare the yogurt sauce with the chives, salt, and pepper
-Serve and enjoy!
