This one was actually straightforward as sometimes you have to do more maneuvering of the tissue around. This one was able to be closed fairly straight. You have to get “raw” edges so when the tissue heals, it can heal back together.

This patient did really well with the procedure awake in the office. A little bit of topical numbing and then a few shots. It got pretty swollen for a few days but then calmed back down. He has healed really well!
