In this VLOG I was recommended to visit the rainforest of sinharaja which was located in a town called deniyaya, from my experience I am normally up and ready for challenges but this hiking was not for me. my mind was ready but my body was saying otherwise. it was extremely challenging as I was struggling with pain in my knee. but I managed to do an hour. being inside the nature is such a beautiful, serene and unbelievable feeling.
