*1 tbsp Chopped Ginger 姜末
*50g Minced Pork 肉碎
*1 Chinese Sausage 腊肠
*3 Chinese Mushrooms 香菇

320ml Warm Water 温水
6g Instant Yeast 即溶酵母
600g Low Protein Flour 低筋面粉
6g Baking Powder 泡打粉
30g Lard 猪油
50 g Sugar 白糖
