Panchmel dal:
ingredients:
whole moong,urad,chanadal,masoor,tuar
each dal 2 tbsp
Haldi -1/4 tsp
water to pressure cook dal
for tadka:
Ghee -2to3 tbsp
mustard seeds-1/2tsp
cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
hing a pinch
whole red chilli -1
green chilli slit-2
curry leaves - few
onion chopped -1
garlic -7-8 chopped
tomato chopped -1 small
salt to taste
red chilli powder -1 tsp
haldi-1/4 tsp
garam masala powder -1/4 tsp
coriander to garnish
