হাঁসের ডিমের এ রান্নার সাথে পরিচিতি যাঁর হাত ধরে, তাঁকে দেখিনি কোনদিনও। শুনবো না তাঁর কন্ঠস্বর। তবু তাঁর বই থাকবে। থাকবে তাঁর বর্ণময় নিরলস নিবেদিতপ্রাণ জীবনের গল্প। থাকবেন তিনি বেঁচে আমাদের এ সিরিজ়ের মাধ্যমে নতুন প্রজন্মের কাছে। এর মাধ্যমে যদি বেলা দে সবার ভালোবাসা পান, শ্রদ্ধা পান, সেই হবে আমাদের অর্ঘ্য।

We haven’t seen the person who introduced us to this duck egg curry. We won’t ever hear her voice. But still, her books remain. And remains the story of her life- illustrious, untiring, dedicated. She will live on amongst the new generation through this series of ours. In this if she gets the live and respect of all, that will be our offering to Bela Dey.
