Tomato mix
5 tomatoes
2 bell peppers
4 scotch bonnets
7 garlic cloves
olive oil
Grill in the oven for 40mins at 170°C

GOAT MEAT (ASUN) SEASONING
1kg Goat meat
Half an onion
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon each of chilli powder, curry, Italian seasoning, vegetable seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of salt

PASTA:
Tagliatelle
Spring onions leaves
