Moving from the UK to Latvia - new life in a remote countryside village (Story 1)

We finally made it!
After many months of thinking, we finally have taken the decision to leave the UK.

We waited patiently for the date of our departure and it finally arrived. After being our home for many years, we left the UK.

It might have been a controversial choice, but we decided to take a non-typical move and move to a remote village in the Latvia countryside.

There are many reasons behind this, and surely we'll do a video about it in the future. But for now, we wanted to document our journey from the UK to Latvia.

Our goal is to settle down in the countryside and do a renovation project with the house we bought in this remote village. We slowly want to create an "as much as possible" self-sufficient homestead where we're going to produce our own vegetables and other produce and escape the hustle of city life and enjoy a more slow, peaceful living lifestyle.
