材料:300克五花肉、2个小米辣椒、4瓣蒜、1把青葱、1勺豆鼓、1勺热油、1勺蚝油、1勺酱油、1勺白糖、1勺玉米淀粉

1)把肉切薄片,小米辣椒、蒜&青葱切小
2)把切好的葱白、蒜末、小米辣椒碎、1勺豆鼓、1勺热油、1勺蚝油、1勺酱油、1勺白糖搅拌均匀
3)倒入猪肉片内,抓拌均匀,再加入1勺玉米淀粉拌匀
4)摆盘,上锅蒸10分钟;出锅撒上葱花即可❤️

Ingredients: 300 grams of pork belly, 2 millet peppers, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 shallot, 1 spoon of bean douchk, 1 spoon of hot oil, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of cornstarch

1) Cut the meat into thin slices, cut the millet peppers, garlic & shallots into small pieces
2) Stir the chopped white onion, minced garlic, crushed millet pepper, 1 tablespoon of douchi, 1 tablespoon of hot oil, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
3) Pour into the pork slices, mix well, then add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and mix well
4) Arrange the plate and steam for 10 minutes; sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve ❤️
