** WHAT YOU NEED **
6 large eggs
60g feta cheese
160g bacon
5g butter
sea salt

** INSTRUCTIONS **
Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F
Cut the bacon into small pieces and make it slightly crispy in a hot pan with about 5g of butter
Crack open 6 eggs and whisk them
Mix in the bacon
Mix in the 60g of feta cheese
Add 1/2 - 3/4 tsp of sea salt
Pour the mixture into small muffin forms (we used 9 silicone muffin forms for this recipe)
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
Take them out of the oven and enjoy hot or cold!

Don't be surprised that they shrink a little after they cool down.

Here is the nutritional value for 1 (out of 9) bacon egg muffins:
10.7g protein, 9.5g fat, 0.4g carbs (total), 130 calories.
