कोई भी sperm morphology सही होने लिए testosterone level बहुत जरुरी होता है,
estrogen भी males के लिए काफी जरुरी होता है |
Testosterone और Estrogen का सही level,testis मै होना चाहिए |

अच्छा और normal sperm बनाने के लिए antioxidants mechanism की जरुरत
होती है और सबसे अच्छा antioxidant 'chavanprash' को माना जाता है,
इसमे ३० से ज़्यादा antioxidants रहते है|

Obesity भी एक कारण है, इसकी वजह से body मै estrogen का value बड़ जाता है
और testosterone का value कम होजाता है|

Sperm Morphology मै अगर कोई भी problem हो तो सबसे पहले test repeat करना चाहिए,अगर इसमे
भी result मै problem दिखायाजै तो ठीख करने के लिए क्या यह देखिये, जैसे antioxidantsकी कमी या
obesity और अगर testosterone और estrogen मै दिकत हो थो अच्छे doctor जो estrogen
और testosterone का balance पाने मै मदद करेगा|
