Chasing The Sun

With puddles forming inside the van and our energy levels plummeting, we knew we had to make a change. The promise of sunny days in the South of France beckoned us, urging us to go chasing the sun.

After a lengthy discussion, we unanimously decided to abandon our original route and embark on a new adventure. We adjusted our GPS coordinates, inputting a destination renowned for its warm climate and breathtaking landscapes.

As we drove south, the gloomy skies gradually transformed into vibrant hues of blue. The sight of clouds parting and sunrays peeking through brought a renewed sense of excitement and anticipation. It felt as if we were leaving behind the dreary weather and stepping into a world of endless possibilities.

As the landscape changed, so did our moods. The flat plains gave way to rolling hills covered in vineyards and blooming lavender fields. The air seemed fresher, filled with the sweet scent of wildflowers and the promise of adventure in every breath.


As we basked in the golden rays of the Mediterranean sunset, we couldn't help but feel grateful for the decision to change our plans. The South of France had turned out to be the perfect antidote to the gloomy days we had left behind. Our spirits lifted, our energy renewed, and we embraced every moment of this serendipitous detour, chasing the sun and creating memories that would be etched in our hearts forever.
