Maggie Beer is on a mission to bring pleasure and wellness to older people, and she has asked some of Australia’s most loved cooks and chefs to join her.

To meet Maggie’s challenge, recipes need to be:

💰 Budget friendly
🥣 Use simple techniques (no fancy chef moves allowed!)
🥗 Incorporate fresh and accessible ingredients
🥩 Be packed with protein. Older people need 120g of protein per day.
⬆️ Can easily scale up to feed a crowd of 100 or more
