Pink Squirrel | An Easy Creme de Cacao Cocktail | Booze On The Rocks

Today I show you how to make the easy Creme de Cacao cocktail called the Pink Squirrel. The Pink Squirrel is a simple three ingredient cocktail that is perfect for desert or just a nice treat.

PINK SQUIRREL

.75 oz/22.5 ml Creme de Noyaux **
.75 oz/22.5 ml Creme de Cacao (White)
1.5 oz/45 ml Heavy Cream

Method

1. Add all ingredients to the shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Pour into a coupe
4. Garnish with grated nutmeg

** SUBSTITUTE Creme de Noyaux
Use a 3:1 ratio of Amaretto Liqueur to Pomegranate Juice. For example:

3 oz/90 ml Amaretto Liqueur
1 oz/30 ml Pomegranate Juice
