How to make DIY white creme de cacao
190 gr vodka
50 gr melted cacao butter
70 gr sugar
62,5 gr water

Pour hot melted cacao butter over the vodka and seal. Let infuse at room temperature for 48 hours.
Then, place in the freezer for 12 hours.
Take out of the freezer, poke a hole into the solidified fat and strain through a fine mesh strainer.
Add the sugar and water, stir until everything is dissolved.
Bottle up and there you go!

P.S. you can double the sugar amount depending on your preferences.

How to make a 20th century cocktail recipe with homemade white creme de cacao
1.5 oz Gin
0.75 oz Cocchi Americano
0.75 oz Creme de cacao
0.75 oz Lemon juice
Notes, if you feel this is too dry, add 0.25 oz of simple syrup. Don't add more cacao liqueur because its flavour will take over and unbalance the drink.
