Format: Tri-Set - Rep Range 12 reps/3 sets

Pinwheel curl
Tricep press extension
Seated front raise

Circuit 2:
Concentration curls
Tricep dips
Seated lateral raises
x3
Circuit 3:
Hammer curls
Tate press
Crush complex
