Noise of Western Digital WD60EFZX and Seagate IronWolf ST6000VN001

Ladies and Gentleman,

comparing Western Digital Red Plus 6TB WD60EFZX with Seagate IronWolf 6TB ST6000VN001 and Western Digital Red 3TB WD30EFRX.

This is the noise that those NAS drives exhibit when paired in a Synology DS218+ with SHR and btrfs. Especially the file indexing is quite noisy. Compared to my older WD30EFRX the newer/bigger ones are actually not so living room compatible.

Hope this helps someone with his/her buying decision.
