Chicken patties

Ingredients
1/2 kg ground chicken breast
1 large onion
Leaves a quarter of a package parsley
Leaves a quarter of coriander package
Tablespoon chicken soup powder

3 tablespoons bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup canola oil for frying

Instructions
· Scrub one onion with a coarse grater, squeeze the liquid and place in a bowl. (You can chop the onion into very small cubes instead of scratching the scraper)
