Recipe ingredients
FOR THE MARINADE
• 1.5 kg of lamb or goat ribs
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
• 1 spoon of oregano
• 1 teaspoon of peppercorns
• 1 spoon of oil
• 1 spoon of vinegar
• 1 medium onion thinly sliced
FOR THE POTATOES
• 2 kilos of potatoes
• salt-pepper-oregano
• 1 spoon of mustard
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 cup water
• 4-5 spoons of oil (on top of the ribs
• 1 teaspoon rosemary or thyme
