A Typical Double With Collegiate Runner Nico Young! (Sycamore Canyon California)

This was a typical double run with Nico young, our older brother. We drove to sycamore canyon on the way home a beach day. We ran 3 miles probably around 7:00 pace. Sycamore Canyon is an absolutely beautiful place to run, its a flat fire road stretching out from the California coastline. Fun fact, this is where the beach scene of McFarland was filmed.
