This healthy recipe is a great meal prep one. It’s quick n easy and it tastes incredible! The Flavours are truly Loch’d in! Give it a go and you won’t be disappointed with my Asian twist on Chicken Burgers

Ingredients for 5 Burgers:

1/2 Red Cabbage
1 Lemon
1 Lime
2 Spring onions
1 Red onion
3 Red chillies
6 Garlic cloves
Thumbs worth of Ginger
Handful of coriander
250g of Chicken mince
250g of Turkey mince
3 Tablespoons of Sesame oil
2 Tablespoons of Soy sauce
3 Tablespoons of Sriracha
1 Teaspoon of Oregano
1 Tablespoon of Onion Salt
Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon of Paprika
1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
Lettuce
1 Large Tomato
Brioche Buns
Mozzarella Cheese x5 slices

00:48 Step 1: Cut red cabbage
01:04 Step 2: Add a whole lemon/ lime juice to slaw
01:22 Step 3: Cut 1/2 red onion
01:36 Step 4: Cut spring onion
01:38 Step 5: Cut 3 red chillies
01:57 Step 6: Grate 5 garlic cloves
02:04 Step 7: Peel ginger skin
02:15 Step 8: Grate ginger….
02:26 Step 9: Cut coriander stalks
02:35 Step 10: Cut handful or coriander
02:49 Step 11: Add 250g of Chicken mince & 250g Turkey mince to a bowel
02:55 Step 12: Add 3 Tablespoons of sesame oil
03:06: Step 13: Add 2 Tablespoons of Soy sauce
03:14 Step 14: Add 3 Tablespoons of Sriracha
03:22 Step 15: Add 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
03:28 Step 16: Add 1 Tablespoon of Onion salt
03:35 Step 17: Add Salt & Pepper
03:38 Step 18: Separate the egg white from the yolk
03:43 Step 19: Add egg yolk to mixture
03:46 Step 20: Mix ingredients!
04:03 Step 21: Mold mince into balls
04:27 Step 22: Add splash of oil to a pan
04:50 Turn your oven onto 150 degrees fan
04:56 Step 23: Add your burgers to the pan (Low/Med heat)
05:04 Step 24: Squash your burgers down (Cook for 4-5 mins in each side)
05:26 Step 25: Add Mayonnaise to a bowel
05:33 Step 26: Add half a Lemon to sauce bowel
05:38 Step 27: Add 1 grated clove to garlic
05:43 Step 28: Add Teaspoon of Paprika
05:48 Step 29: Add Teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
05:57 Step 30: After about 4/5 mins flip burgers
06:25 Step 31: Add touch of salt to sauce
06:33 Step 32: Turn off heat and add mozzarella cheese to burger
06:46 Step 33: Add burgers to the oven at 150 degrees until cheese melts (3-4 mins)
07:06 Toast yooo buns
07:12 Step 35: Fry an Egg
07:36 Step 34: Assemble Burgers
08:37 Taste Test!!!
09:08 Loch’d in!!!
