Destiny Hero - Destroyer Phoenix Enforcer, or DPE, can nontarget destroy one of your opponents cards on a quick effect while also destroying itself, which allows it to have disruption and the ability to dodge a whole bunch of different kinds of removal effects, since it can just destroy itself in response to your opponent trying to remove it. And if it's destroyed it just comes back during the next standby phase. So it's incredibly hard to get rid of, and allows you to destroy one card for free every turn. And this amazing boss monster can be brought out for the low low price of just activating fusion destiny, which allows you to use its fusion materials from your deck, with just the drawback of not being able to special summon monsters for the rest of the turn except for dark hero monsters. And you can activate fusion destiny directly from your deck if you go into Predaplant Verte Anaconda, which isn't possible in the TCG, but is still possible in master duel.
